Ralph Schletter - Owner/President of Marcucci Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. I have been in this line of work for over 35+ years. I have been licensed since 2005. I love owning this company and working with a great staff of employees as well as customers and contractors. I've been married to my wife for over 30+ years. I was born and raised in the bay area. When I am not working, I love spending time with family and friends, fishing, and traveling.
Debbie Schletter - Owner/CFO of Marcucci Heating and Air Conditioning Inc. I have extensive finance and management experience of 40+ years. We have an amazing group of employees. We have outstanding relationships with our contractors and customers. Marcucci Heating has been in business for over 60+ years. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family and friends. My husband and I are also Foster Parents for San Mateo County.

I live in Redwood City and have lived in the Bay Area all of my life. I have worked for Marcucci for the past three years and have learned a lot since then. In my spare time I enjoy listening to heavy metal music.

I am Gilmer Navarro. I live in San Mateo. I have recently joined the Marcucci team as an assistant. I quickly moved up to lead installer and love what I do.

Started my career in construction at the age of 16 as my father owned and operated a tile company. Decided to move on to HVAC in my mid 20’s and I haven't looked back. With hard work and perseverance I’ve been able to move up at Marcucci. I started as an assistant with no experience moved on as a lead installer and now I am the foreman. I've been with Marcucci for 8+years, being the longest tenured employee.

I started working with a family friends HVAC company fresh out of high school. They sent me for more schooling to get my certifications and have been enjoying the trade ever since. I now have over 19 years of experience. I enjoy riding my BMX bike and basically anything outdoors. I come from a large family 1 0f 10 children and they are all my best friends. My favorite part of my job is keeping customers comfortable and meeting new people.
